Moscow-based pen brand Benu Pen is moving its entire business to Armenia in a bid to disconnect itself from the ongoing Russian attack on Ukraine, announced the Luxury Brands of America.

Benu Pen leaves Russia after its owner, Kate Dmitrieva, spoke in support of Ukraine. Alex Semanin, chief designer, was also reportedly arrested (info starts at 0:07:30 mark) for joining protests against Russia’s invasion.

The pen brand and social media users reviewing its products were also recently criticized in relation to Benu’s Russian origins.
